  1. Delivery Issues
    If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, Artluno will immediately contact the relevant carrier and investigate the shipment.
    Artluno guarantees an appropriate resolution for lost parcels, which will include a prompt full refund or a free replacement. The ownership and responsibility for the goods remain strictly with Artluno until the customer (or a designated person) physically receives the goods.
